Air Dry Clay Trinket Dish
$50/Person

This beginner-friendly, 2-hour class guides participants through the basics of using air-dry clay slabs pressed into a basic mold and employing various decorating techniques to create personalized trinket dishes, ring dishes, or small decorative bowls. No prior experience is needed; just bring your creativity to learn essential shaping, texturing, and finishing techniques.

Have a collection of rubber stamps you’d love to get more use out of? Bring them along and discover how they transform your clay piece!
What to Bring:
An apron or clothes you don’t mind getting messy (clay is washable but dusty).

Additional Notes: Since air-dry clay takes 24–48 hours to fully cure, you will take your pieces home to dry. Instructions on how to paint and seal them later will be given.

Intro to the Pottery Wheel

This 2-hour Intro to Pottery Wheel class provides a hands-on introduction to wheel throwing for beginners. Students learn to center, open, and raise clay walls using Crayola Air Dry Clay.
Guided instruction covers basic techniques and studio practices.

2 Open Studio passes per week ($160 value)
Using lightweight tabletop pottery wheels and Crayola® Air-Dry Clay, experience the joy of wheel throwing - no kiln required.
Students will learn basic wheel-throwing techniques, including:
Cylinder forms
Bowls
Trimming
Decorating and Finishing
Each week includes guided instruction plus time to practice during class.
Students will also receive two complimentary Open Studio passes each week to continue practicing and improving their technique.
These classes are a fun, accessible way to begin—or continue—your pottery wheel journey.
